Abstract: A rotary tablet press comprises a support assembly. In the rotary tablet press having a turret, the support assembly comprises a suspension device positioned above a top punch guide of the turret, as seen in the axial direction. The suspension device comprises a carrier plate and at least one connection element connecting the carrier plate to at least one non-rotating part of the turret. The support assembly is used for suspending a number of auxiliary components from the carrier plate. An enclosure may be connected to the suspension device to surround one or more of the elements of the turret.
