Abstract: Apparatus is disclosed which comprises an air filter which closes at least one side of an expansible chamber. The effective volume of the chamber is constantly and cyclically varied between a maximum and a minimum by a movable wall member whereby air is drawn through the filter into the chamber and then expelled through the same filter to provide a double-filtering action.
