Abstract: An electrical power system. The electrical power system may include a rechargeable energy storage system (RESS) having a high voltage (HV) interface configured for exchanging HV power with one or more loads and a low voltage (LV) interface configured for exchanging LV power with a plurality of electrical grids a redundant distribution system having a plurality of busbars configured for redundantly connecting the electrical grids with the LV interface such that each of the electrical grids remains operable and connected to the LV interface during a disconnect event.
