Abstract: An adjusting mechanism is disclosed. The adjusting mechanism includes, but is not limited to, a middle shell and a foam support. The adjusting mechanism further includes, but is not limited to a sliding module movably arranged in the middle shell, connected with the foam support, and configured to adjust a horizontal spacing between the middle shell and the foam support. The adjusting mechanism still further includes, but is not limited to, a flipping module rotatably arranged on the sliding module, connected with the foam support, and configured to drive the foam support to flip relative to the middle shell.
