    Abstract: Disclosed is a loudspeaker module comprising a module housing, wherein a loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the module housing; the loudspeaker unit comprises a unit housing and a unit front cover; an end surface of a sidewall of at least one side of the unit housing is provided with an ultrasonic surface welded to the module housing by means of ultrasound; and an ultrasonic line bonded with the ultrasonic surface by means of ultrasound is provided at a position on the module housing corresponding to the ultrasonic surface. The loudspeaker module of the present invention solves the technical problems of a complex assembly process, poor sealing performance and poor appearance of the loudspeaker module in the prior art, and the loudspeaker module of the present invention has a simple assembly process, good sealing performance, high quality appearance, excellent acoustic performance, high production efficiency and low production cost.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a loudspeaker, comprising a casing (7) and a vibration system. The vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm (3) and a sound coil (4) fixed at a side of the vibrating diaphragm. A joint portion is arranged at an edge of the vibrating diaphragm (3). The joint portion is bonded and fixed to the casing (7). A recessed adhesive accommodating structure (71) is arranged at an end face connecting the casing (7) to the joint portion. The adhesive accommodating structure (71) is arranged corresponding to an adhesive surface between the vibrating diaphragm (3) and the casing (7), and is an annular structure. According to the present invention, the loudspeaker's acoustic performance is stabilized, while the vibrating diaphragm (3) and the casing (7) can be firmly connected to each other.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a speaker module and an assembling method of the speaker module and relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The structure of the housing of the module is improved in the present invention, so that first performing the ultrasonic welding between the shells, then mounting the speaker monomer into the inner cavity of the module and at last sealing the front acoustic cavity by coating the glue are realized, which effectively solves the disadvantages caused by first mounting the speaker monomer and then performing ultrasonic welding in prior art. According to the present invention, in the course of the assembling, the occurrence of the problems of the damage of the speaker monomer, the deformation or breaking of the shells and the leakage of the front and the rear acoustic cavity is avoided, and the end products of the speaker modules of the present invention have a high qualified rate.
