摘要： Methods and apparatus are disclosed for testing differential pressure sensors. The method includes applying a pressure of predetermined value to the reference side of the differential pressure sensors, measuring the output values from the measurement sides of the differential pressure sensors, and comparing the measured output values. The disclosed apparatus includes a pump for simultaneously applying a pressure of a predetermined value to the reference side of a number of differential pressure sensors.
