摘要： The present invention relates to a network-based method and system to control and enable seamless roaming across various cellular network types. The system provides dynamic mapping, processing and conversion of messages to enable seamless communication across various cellular network types. Use of roaming enabled services in non-Roaming Enabled Networks is achieved by integrating this system with the non-Roaming Enabled Network.
