    摘要: A container closure assembly includes a closure, an inner seal, and a radio frequency identification tag. The inner seal comprises a sealable film laminated to a metallic foil, and includes a first surface for sealing engagement with a container sealing surface, and a second, opposed surface for non-scaling engagement with a backing liner, a facing liner, or a glued-in closure liner. The radio frequency identification tag includes a microprocessor electrically coupleable with an antenna for receiving, storing, and transmitting digitized information. The inner seal minimizes migration of fluids between a container interior volume and an exterior of a container when the inner seal is sealingly engaged with a container sealing surface. The radio frequency identification tag is includable in the closure assembly without the closure assembly electromagnetically interfering with the receiving, storing, or transmitting of the digitized information.

    摘要: An RFID/object recognition system monitors the passage of an object through a portal into a space. An RFID reader adjacent the portal communicates with an RFID tag within a preselected distance from the RFID reader. A data processor processes data from the RFID reader. A 3-dimensional scanner has an RGB camera and a depth sensor with an infrared laser projector and a monochrome CMOS sensor. An infrared laser controller is electronically coupled with the infrared laser projector, and a monochrome CMOS processor is electronically coupled with the monochrome CMOS sensor. The infrared laser controller, monochrome CMOS processor, and RGB camera are electronically coupled with a processor. The RFID reader receives data from an RFID tag when an RFID-tagged object passes within the preselected distance from the RFID reader through the portal. The 3-dimensional object recognition assembly identifies where the RFID-tagged object is located within the defined space.

A closure assembly may be attachable over the opening and includes at least one of an induction seal liner, an inner seal, and a sealable film. The induction seal liner, inner seal, and sealable film minimizes migration of fluids between the interior volume and the container exterior when the closure assembly may be engaged with the sealing surface. The radio frequency identification tag may be included in the closure assembly, or within the interior volume, or on the container exterior, or may be incorporated into the induction seal liner, inner seal, or sealable film, without the closure assembly electromagnetically interfering with the receiving, storing, or transmitting of digitized information.

The circuit can be an RFID inlay, including an antenna and a microchip, and can be formed of a conductive ink. A portion of the release layer at the at least one microchip has an opening to expose the at least one microchip so that the at least one microchip is free from coverage by the release layer.

A closure assembly for the container comprises an imperforate sealable metal liner for covering a container opening in its entirety. A radio frequency identification tag includes a microprocessor electrically coupled with an antenna through mounting contacts extending from the microprocessor to the antenna for receiving, storing, and transmitting digitized information. Electromagnetic interference with receiving, storing, or transmitting of digitized information to or from the radio frequency identification tag is controllable by restricting electrical coupling of the microprocessor with the imperforate metal liner to the mounting contacts. When sealed over a container opening to cover a container opening in its entirety, the imperforate metal liner abates migration of fluids between a container interior volume and an exterior of a container.
