Abstract: The invention relates to a device for dispensing a product, comprising a container (1) for a product, on which there is mounted an application head (3) and a removable protective cap (5) which covers the head (3), the cap (5) comprising a lateral skirt (7) which is substantially in alignment with the walls of the container (1) when the cap (5) covers the application head and which has, at the free end thereof, means for fixing to the container. The device according to the invention is distinguished in that the application head (3) comprises at least one active portion (11) which is fixed to a support and which is orientated in a direction which is inclined relative to the axis of the container and whose dimensions are such that it is completely received in the cap when the cap is fixed to the container.
