Abstract: Disclosed are a conductive film for a sound producing apparatus, and a sound producing apparatus. The conductive film includes a conductive layer and substrate layers bonded to two surfaces of the conductive layer, the substrate layers comprising two first substrate layers directly bonded to the conductive layer, the first substrate layers being made of a thermoplastic elastomer, and the first substrate layers are connected with the conductive layer by means of hot pressing.
