Abstract: In an example, a technique for integrating Fibre Channel over Ethernet and an overlay network is described herein. A virtual extensible local area network (VXLAN) tunnel endpoint (VTEP) may encode class of service fields in Ethernet frames and encapsulated frames based on class of service fields of inbound and/or outbound messages.
