Abstract: Thiochromanone oxime-phosphoric and -phosphonic acid derivatives of the formula

IN WHICH R1 is O-alkyl, NH-alkyl or N-dialkyl; R2 is alkyl, Oalkyl or phenyl; R3 and R4 are each hydrogen or alkyl; R5, R6, R7 and R8 are each hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy or alkylthio, and X is oxygen or sulfur, are useful as insecticides, acaricides and nematicides.
