摘要: Example wireless communications methods and apparatus with two-way beam failure recovery are disclosed. One example method includes receiving a downlink beam failure recovery request by a network device from a client device indicating at least one new downlink candidate beam determined to replace at least one failed downlink beam. The network device detects at least one failed uplink beam, determines at least one new uplink candidate beam to replace the detected at least one failed uplink beam, and generates uplink redirection information indicating the determined at least one new uplink candidate beam. A response including the generated uplink redirection information is generated by the network device, and transmitted to the client device.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a transmitter device and a receiver device. The transmitter device comprises a processor which is communicably coupled with a transmitter unit. The processor is configured to receive a set of Z data streams and select K data streams with the same channel quality from the set of Z data streams for transmission, where K≤Z. Thereafter for each information word and for each data stream k=0, . . . , K−1 the processor encodes, scrambles and superposes so as to obtain a first signal sU. Further, for each information word and for each data stream k=0, . . . , K−1 the processor interleaves, encodes, scrambles and superposes so as to obtain a second signal sV. The first signal sU and the second signal sV are combined by the processor into a single signal s for transmission. The transmitter unit of the transmitter device is configured to transmit the transmission signal s over a radio channel.

摘要: Devices, methods and non-transitory computer-readable medium for adaptively selective retransmissions in wireless communications are disclosed. The present application allows enhancing short packet data retransmission performance under short delay constraints. Using a retransmission indication for at least one segment of consecutive forward error correction (FEC) encoded bits reduces feedback signaling overhead compared to signaling retransmission requests individually for each of the coded bits. Accordingly, active hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) transmissions with low amounts of feedback information are enabled.

摘要: A client device for wireless communication includes a transceiver and a processor. The transceiver is configured to receive frequency resource information to indicate a set of frequency resources for a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble transmission. The frequency resource information includes at least one of: an interlace information indicating at least one of an interlace of a block-interlaced frequency-division multiplexing (B-IFDM) allocation, a resource element allocation information indicating a subset of resource elements within each block of the at least one B-IFDM interlace, and a resource element spacing information, such that an at least one resource element within at least one block of the at least one B-IFDM interlace is allocated for the transmission of one PRACH preamble according to a tone-interlaced frequency-division multiplexing (T-IFDM) allocation. The resource element allocation is repeated in each block of the at least one B-IFDM interlace.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a client device and a network access node for transmitting and receiving a random access preamble which comprises a division of a set of resource blocks available for transmission of the random access preamble into at least two subsets of resource blocks, wherein each resource block in the set of resource blocks comprises a plurality of subcarriers, a first selection of resource blocks within the first subset of resource blocks and a second selection of resource blocks within the second subset of resource blocks, wherein the first selection of resource blocks is different to the second selection of resource blocks, and a mapping of a modulation sequence of the random access preamble onto at least one subcarrier in each selected resource block. Thereby, lower side-lobes of the auto-correlation function is achieved. Furthermore, the present disclosure also relates to corresponding methods and a computer program.
