Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a video service processing method. The method includes: a first device receives a plurality of data blocks of a first video service that are sent by a server based on a plurality of uplink request messages from a client; and determines a quantity of data blocks received between a first group of uplink request messages and a second group of uplink request messages that is adjacent to the first group of uplink request messages in the at least two groups of uplink request messages; and if one data block is received between the first group of uplink request messages and the second group of uplink request messages, and determines the data block received between the first group of uplink request messages and the second group of uplink request messages as an audio/video slice.

Abstract: This application provides an example grant-free (GF) resource allocation method and an example related device. The method includes obtaining, by an intelligent management function unit (IMF), feature information of a service. The method also includes determining, by the IMF, GF resource information corresponding to the feature information or GF resource indication information corresponding to the feature information, and sending, by the IMF, the GF resource information or the GF resource indication information to a base station or a management unit of a base station. The GF resource information is used to describe GF resources corresponding to a cell or GF resources corresponding to a network slice, the cell corresponds to the base station, and the network slice corresponds to the base station. The GF resource indication information is used to indicate the base station to determine the GF resource information or the management unit to determine the GF resource information.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, by a first device, a data packet that includes a first time information indicating a time at which the data packet arrives at a first wireless protocol layer of a second device. The first wireless protocol layer is located in a user plane protocol stack of the second device. A header of the data packet is a header of the first wireless protocol layer. The method further includes determining, by the first device, a second time information and a transmission delay of the data packet between the second device and the first device based on the first and second time information. The second time information indicates a time at which the data packet leaves a second wireless protocol layer located in a user plane protocol stack of the first device. The header of the data packet is parsed at the second wireless protocol layer.
