Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a display panel, a display panel manufacturing method, and an electronic device. The display panel includes a bent display area, the bent display area has a bending shaft, a plurality of first thin film transistors are disposed in the bent display area, each first thin film transistor includes a first source and a first drain, a first conductive channel is formed between the first source and the first drain of each first thin film transistor, and an included angle between a direction of the first conductive channel and the bending shaft is less than 90 degrees; and a total length of each part of the first conductive channel in the direction of the first conductive channel is greater than a total length of each part of the first conductive channel in any other direction. The display panel can reduce a difference between display brightness of the bent display area and display brightness of a non-bent display area.

Abstract: A display stack with millimeter-wave antenna functionality comprising a plurality of adj oining layers, the layers comprising at least a cover layer, a touch sensor panel layer comprising a touch sensor arrangement, and a display panel layer. The touch sensor panel layer comprises a first sensor line grid pattern and a second sensor line grid pattern, the first sensor line grid pattern comprising a plurality of continuous first sensor lines, the second sensor line grid pattern comprising a plurality of continuous second sensor lines. At least a part of the first sensor lines and the second sensor lines are configured to function as radiators for the millimeter wave antenna functionality. This allows providing the millimeter wave antenna in the touch sensor panel structure without the antenna and the touch sensor panel interfering with each other.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to display assemblies, display apparatus, and driving methods. One example display assembly includes a display panel and a function module located on a light-emitting surface of the display panel. A function unit in the function module includes at least one phototransistor and one switch transistor. The phototransistor includes a first active layer, a first gate, a first source, and a first drain. A material for making the first active layer includes an organic semiconductor material. The first active layer is located on a side of the first gate away from the display panel. The first drain and the first gate partially overlap to form a first capacitor. The switch transistor includes a second active layer, a second gate, a second source, and a second drain. The function unit includes a transparent electrode located on the first active layer and overlapping the first active layer.

Abstract: A display includes a plurality of sub pixels, a substrate, a light-emitting device, a pixel circuit, and an isolation portion. The light-emitting device, the pixel circuit, and the isolation portion are disposed on the substrate. The pixel circuit and the light-emitting device are coupled, and are located in the sub pixel. The pixel circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. An active layer of the first transistor includes polycrystalline silicon, and an active layer of the second transistor includes a semiconductor oxide. The isolation portion is configured at least to block hydrogen ions in the active layer of the first transistor from being diffused into the active layer of the second transistor.

Abstract: A flexible display panel includes a flexible glass substrate and a display module disposed on the flexible glass substrate. The flexible glass substrate is used as a support structure, and a first bending structure is disposed on each of two opposite edges of the flexible glass substrate. The flexible display panel forms an arc-shaped display panel when the display module is supported. In addition, the flexible display panel further includes an encapsulation layer, where the encapsulation layer encapsulates the display module on the flexible glass substrate. For the flexible display panel, the flexible glass substrate is used to carry the display module, thereby improving transparency of the entire flexible display panel.
