The motor may be applied to an electric motor vehicle/electric vehicle, a pure electric vehicle, a hybrid electric vehicle, a range extended electric vehicle, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, a new energy vehicle, battery management, a motor & driver, a power converter, a reducer, or the like. The motor is configured to output power. In a process of outputting power by the motor, a blocking member arranged in the motor blocks the contact between a rotor of the motor and a coolant, so that the coolant does not splash under the centrifugal action of the rotor in the process of rotation, thereby avoiding the kinetic energy consumption of the rotor. Therefore, a rotating speed of the motor is faster, and the output power is greater.
