    Abstract: A network device obtains EMF strength of each grid in a first grid group. The first grid group includes M grids obtained by dividing a signal coverage area of the network device, and M is an integer greater than 1. The network device determines a second grid group based on EMF strength of the M grids. The second grid group includes at least a first grid and a second grid, a coverage area of the first grid is greater than that of the second grid, and EMF strength of the first grid is lower than EMF strength of the second grid. The network device monitors EMF strength of a coverage area of the second grid group based on the second grid group, to adjust the EMF strength of the coverage area of the second grid group.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the database field, and in particular, to a data transmission method and apparatus, so as to reduce overheads for data transmission between nodes in a distributed database and lighten network load. In the embodiments of the present invention, a DN determines a column that has a distribution rule of parameters in the column; the DN determines, according to a data type of the parameters of the column and the distribution rule of the parameters in the column, a compression algorithm corresponding to the column; the DN compresses the column using the compression algorithm; and the DN sends a compressed column to a target node. In this way, the overheads for the data transmission between the nodes are reduced, and the network load is lightened.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and related apparatus. In the communication method, a network device determines a first normalized power at a start moment of an nth period in N periods, and determines a total normalized power expected to be used by a plurality of cells in the nth period. When the total normalized power is greater than the first normalized power, the network device allocates power to each cell based on a preset normalized power of each cell and the first normalized power. This resolves a problem that when a cell power quota at each frequency for a multi-frequency cell is limited, the coverage and network performance of each cell is affected.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to example table connection methods, devices, and systems. In one example method, data that is sent by a coordinator node and that is in a first target column in a first data table is stored by a data node in a local memory. The data node receives a table connection request. When first data in the first target column is the same as second data in a second target column, the data node connects data in a row in which the first data is located to data in a row in which the second data is located. The data node sends a connection result to the coordinator node.
