Abstract: The present disclosure provides pixel units and manufacturing methods thereof. An example pixel unit includes a substrate, a nano antenna and a first electrode connected to the nano antenna that are formed on the substrate, a light-emitting layer formed on the nano antenna and the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the light-emitting layer.
