Abstract: This application provides a service processing method and a related apparatus, and belongs to the field of cloud computing technologies. One example method includes, receiving a plurality of service requests, wherein the plurality of service requests indicate to process a plurality of services corresponding to a plurality of users, and each of the plurality of service requests indicates a cloud platform to process a service indicated by the respective service request; processing the plurality of services corresponding to the plurality of service requests, and bidding on resources applied for by the plurality of users; charging, based on a first price, a user that wins bidding and that is in the plurality of users; and charging, based on a second price, a user that loses the bidding and that is in the plurality of users.
