Abstract: A video call mediating apparatus, method and computer readable recording medium. The video call mediating method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes connecting a plurality of terminals to a video call platform, computing a number of users of a first gender and a number of users of a second gender from among users of the plurality of terminals connected to the video call platform, computing a first value that is a ratio of the number of the users of the second gender to the number of the users of the first gender, and transmitting an item usable in the video call platform to terminals of at least some of the users of the first gender in response to computed ratio.
