摘要： The present disclosure provides a double-folding unlocking device of a rear seat for a vehicle. The double-folding unlocking device of a rear seat is capable of preventing the occurrence of excessively tight fitting and deformation of components due to excessively tight contact between bracket members when a seatback is rotated in an opposite direction while the seatback is folded or unfolded.
