摘要： The strap pipe wrench includes a handle; a strap; a connecting member which is movable relative to the handle means for displacing the member; the handle being equipped with an abutment shoe on the object. The member is movable between at least one first position corresponding to the position of the loose strap, and a second position corresponding to the position of the tensioned strap, tightly surrounding the object in abutment on the shoe. The displacement means includes locking elements which keep the member fixed relative to the handle when the member is in the first position; a resilient element which urges the member towards the second position; and a control member for deactivating the elements.
