摘要: The present invention relates to materials useful as an electron or hole transport or injection layer in organic electrooptic devices. The material can form or be part of an electrically conductive organic layer, suitable for the transport of so-called positive charges or holes. The inventive HTL compounds are intrinsically doped HTLs which allows their deposition with greater homogeneity and reproducibility than matrix compositions consisting of a matrix material and an admixed p-dopant.
