摘要： A nucleotide sequence of the threonine operon of E. coli with a deletion of all or part of a nucleotide fragment of −56 to −18, a recombinant vector containing the above nucleotide sequence, and a transformed host cell containing the recombinant vector are provided. A method for producing L-threonine comprising culturing the transformed host cell is also provided.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a system and method for sharing profits with one or more content providers. The system includes an operation server unit, at least one user terminal connected to the operation server unit over a communication network, and at least one content server. The operation server unit includes a web site storage unit for storing web page data, a content provider recognition unit for receiving content from the content server and recognizing the content server and a content provider, and a profit sharing unit for outputting the content through a web page composed of web page data stored in the web site storage unit, and sending and outputting the content to the user terminal, and analyzing information about the selection of content in the web page and sharing profits produced by the web page with the content server or content provider.
