A grounding plate is placed between the plastic housing and the lamp housing, wherein the grounding plate has a first portion, placed between the lamp housing and the plastic housing and in contact with a portion of the lamp housing, and a second portion having an elastic portion that protrudes outward. A supporting frame is in contact with the plastic housing and the second portion of the grounding plate.
