摘要： The present disclosure provides a rear shell of a display device, including a rear shell body. The rear shell body includes an accommodation cavity for accommodating a loudspeaker, the accommodation cavity has a first opening, the rear shell body further includes a cover plate for blocking the first opening, and the cover plate is provided with a sound outlet hole. The present disclosure further provides the display device. The loudspeaker is accommodated in the accommodation cavity of the rear shell rather than the whole machine, so as to prevent the occurrence of resonance.
