    摘要: A valve device and method for controlling the operation of the valve device, in particular a proportionally acting solenoid valve, consisting of a valve housing in which several pressure fluid chambers provided with pressure fluid connections are present, having two valves which are arranged within the valve housing and are providing with moveable valve members, the valve members being connected to a valve rod which serves for actuation.In order to simplify the construction of the valve, and provide reliable and reproducible detection and control of the valve opening cross section, two valves members (4, 5) and (12, 13) of the two valves are arranged coaxially and are jointly connected to a valve rod (20), actuatable simultaneously with it. A pressure fluid chamber is arranged between the valves. A permanent magnet (9) is arranged on or in the valve rod (20) for detecting the position of the valve rod in such a manner that the range of the displacement path produced by actuation of the valve rod lies within the pressure fluid chamber (10). A field sensor 29 extends through the valve housing wall into the corresponding pressure fluid chamber (10).

    摘要: A valve apparatus which contains two valve bodies oriented behind one another on a tappet. The first valve body, together with a first valve seat, forms a first valve and the second valve body, together with a second valve seat, forms a second valve. With two valve bodies rigidly connected to one another, it is possible, such as on account of manufacturing tolerances, that when the two valves are closed, one of the two valve bodies will not seat exactly on its corresponding valve seat, which means that leaks can occur. The present invention provides for at least one of the two valve seats or at least one of the two valve bodies being adjustable in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the tappet in relation either to the other valve seat or in relation to the other valve body to change the distance between the two valve seats or to change the distance between the two valve bodies.

    摘要: An electropneumatic pressure regulating valve has an electromagnet fastened, as an actuating drive, to a valve housing. At least one work connection and a deaeration connection in the valve housing are guided, respectively, to a work chamber and deaeration chamber arranged inside the valve housing. The work chamber and the deaeration chamber are separated from one another by a valve seat corresponding to a valve tappet as closing element. The valve tappet proceeds from the electromagnet and is movable longitudinally through the work chamber via a movable magnet armature of the electromagnet. To improve the deaeration behavior and to achieve a more precise control capability during deaeration, the valve tappet has a through-hole which is directed longitudinally proceeding from its lower disk face and which opens into a pressure-tight coil interior space within the electromagnet. The coil interior space is sealed against the work chamber by a seal which enables the longitudinal movability of the valve tappet.
