摘要： A piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric sheet, a first electrode provided on a front surface of the piezoelectric sheet, a second electrode provided on a reverse surface of the piezoelectric sheet and opposing at least a portion of the first electrode, and a fixed portion for supporting the piezoelectric sheet with the first and second electrodes provided thereon from a front surface side and a reverse surface side of the piezoelectric sheet. A sliding layer is provided between the fixed portion and the first electrode and between the fixed portion and the second electrode so as to allow for a relative displacement between the piezoelectric sheet and the fixed portion.
