    摘要： A binder for a document, comprising a base part, rings fitted to the base part and allowed to change in a closed ring attitude for biding the document and an open ring attitude for opening parts of the closed rings to pass the document therethrough before winding, and a switching mechanism fitted to the base part and switching between the closed ring attitude and the open ring attitude. The switching mechanism further comprises a switching lever swingably fitted to the base part. When the rings are in the open ring attitude, the switch mechanism is set so that the switching lever is allowed to pass through the open portion of the ring. Thus, the binder for the document with easiness of handling and excellent workability can be provided by improving so that only the advantages of a conventional ring type binder and a lever arch type binder can be utilized.

    摘要： A binder for a document capable of providing excellent usability and workability by improving so that only the advantages of a conventional lever arch type ring binding implement can be utilized to increase the opening of a ring. The binding implement comprises a base part, the ring mounted on the base part and changeable between a closed attitude for binding the document and an open attitude in which the closed ring is partially opened to bind the document, and a switching mechanism mounted on the base part and switching the ring between the closed attitude and the open attitude. The ring comprises a first ring member and a second ring member brought into the open attitude and the closed attitude by the contact of the end parts thereof with each other or the separation of the end parts thereof from each other. The switching mechanism comprises a select lever swingably fitted to the base part. When the ring is in the open attitude, the select lever is so set that it can pass the opened portion of the ring and that the opening/closing speeds of the first ring member and the second ring member of the ring are different from each other.

Furthermore, the invention provides a method for managing history that mitigates the signature history management burden on a signer. Reliability is set on a signature forming record that is a component of a signature history, reliability of the signature history is calculated based on the set reliability, and the calculated reliability is output as reliability of a verification result. The invention provides a method for verification having a structure that reflects the reliability of a signature history properly and a method for arbitration and an arbitrator apparatus that solve a dispute on correctness of a signature. Furthermore, providing a signature history storage service apparatus mitigates the signature history storage burden on a signer.

    摘要： A binding tool for documents or the like is provided which is capable of suppressing the height of protruded portions from a surface of a base portion thereby to expand a space thereabove, and which is also easy to manufacture and assemble. The binding tool includes a base portion (2) formed of a metal plate, rings (3) that are each mounted on the base portion so as to be selectively changed into a closed ring posture to bind documents or the like and an opened ring posture to open a part of a closed ring for insertion of the documents or the like, and a switching mechanism (5) that is mounted on the base portion and includes a switching lever (4) for switching the rings between the closed ring posture and the opened ring posture. The switching lever has a base end (41) and a free end (42), and a cam member (6) is provided on the base end of the switching member for adjusting the degree of opening/closing of each of the rings according to a rotated position of the free end. The cam member has a cam main body (61) and camshafts (62) that protrude from the cam main body, and bearing portions (25) are formed in the base portion. The bearing portions are each formed of an inner surface of a curved portion where a part of the base portion is curved to a front surface side thereof.
