    摘要: A bearing seal includes an outer seal easily displaceable in the radial direction, an inner ring as a ring-shaped rigid portion not extendable in the radial direction, an inner seal having a seal lip, and an outer ring arranged on the outer peripheral portion of the outer seal, in which the spring constant of the inner seal is set to be larger than the spring constant of the outer seal. The sealing performance between the inner seal and the pin is ensured by using the ring-shaped rigid portion as a boundary. When the pin is displaced in the radial direction, the ring-shaped rigid portion is integrally displaced with the pin via the inner seal, and the displacement of the ring-shaped rigid portion can be absorbed by the outer seal.

    摘要: A spherical slide bearing has an outer ring and an inner ring slidably retained within the outer ring. A pin having a grease supply flow path extending through an interior thereof to open in an outer peripheral surface thereof is inserted into the inner ring so that the pin is circumferentially slidable, with the inner ring being equipped with a communication flow path establishing communication between a gap defined between the inner ring and the pin and a gap defined between the inner ring and the outer ring. The inlet port of the communication flow path is provided at a position where grease having flown out of an outlet port of the grease supply flow path flows after having flown through the gap between the pin and the inner ring substantially through the entire length in the axial direction of the pin.

The outer seal portion, the inner seal portion, and the connecting portion are integrally formed of the same material consisting of an elastic material. The inner seal portion has rigidity higher than that of the outer seal portion, and has a ring-shaped seal surface gradually approaching a ring center axis of the inner seal portion while extending from a ring-shaped base end side connected to the connecting portion toward a distal end side.The inner seal portion is formed in a tapered cylindrical shape having the ring-shaped seal surface on an inner peripheral surface thereof, and has a thickness which gradually decreases from the base end side toward the distal end side. The inner seal portion includes only one inner seal portion.

A bearing seal includes: a ring-shaped outer seal portion 51; a ring-shaped inner seal portion 52 provided inside the outer seal portion 51; a connecting portion 53 for connecting the inner seal portion 52 and the outer seal portion 51; and an inner ring 60 provided at the connecting portion 53. The outer seal portion 51, the inner seal portion 52, and the connecting portion 53 are integrally formed of the same material consisting of an elastic material. The inner seal portion 52 is formed to have rigidity higher than that of the outer seal portion 51, and has a ring-shaped seal surface 52A gradually approaching a ring center axis of the inner seal portion 52 while extending from a ring-shaped base end side connected to the connecting portion 53 toward a distal end side.

    摘要: A fuel valve includes a cylindrical flow adjusting member having a cylindrical surface formed with two circumferentially extending V-shaped grooves for liquid fuel and air, respectively. The fuel valve further includes liquid fuel and air supply pipes having O-rings at their respective discharge ports which are kept in abutment with the cylindrical surface such that when the flow rate adjusting member is rotated to a position where the V-shaped grooves extend across and protrude from the respective O-rings, the discharge ports of the supply pipes communicate with the respective V-shaped grooves, so that liquid fuel and air flow. The depths, widths and positions of the respective V-shaped grooves are determined corresponding to an igniting position (preheating step), normal burning positions (high heat to low heat), and a discharge position such that the flow rates of liquid fuel and air can be adjusted in synchronization with each other.
