摘要: A turbine meter comprising a casing of substantially hollow cylindrical shape installed within a conduit through which a fluid to be measured is flowing, an axle member supported within the casing and having an annular recess therearound; a longitudinal flow passage formed in the axle member, a plurality of discharge holes formed in the axle member to connect communicatively the annular recess and the flow passage, a supply pipe inserted into said conduit through the wall thereof and functioning to supply a pressurized fluid to said flow passage in the axle member, a vane wheel comprising a hub disposed around said annular recess with minute gaps therebetween and adapted to rotate in a substantially non-contacting state relative to the axle member and a plurality of vanes implantedly fixed at their root parts to the hub, said vane wheel being rotated by a portion of the fluid being measured which flows through the casing, and means for detecting the rotation of the vane wheel. The pressure of the pressurized fluid and the dimensions of said minute gaps are selected at values to cause forces acting on the vane wheel during rotation thereof and urging the vane wheel to undergo displacement in the thrust direction to be mutually cancelled, whereby the vane wheel rotates in a state of stable equilibrium.

摘要: An air fuel ratio control system comprises a first valve provided in a fuel pipe through which a fuel is supplied to a burner, a second valve provided in an air pipe through which air is supplied to the burner, a varying circuit for varying responsive to a preset flow rate of fuel a valve opening degree of each of the first and second valves while maintaining a constant ratio between the valve opening degrees of the first and second valves, so that an air fuel ratio of a flow rate of fuel flowing through the first valve and a flow rate of air flowing through the second valve assumes a value greater than a theoretical air fuel ratio, a first sensor for detecting a flow rate of fuel flowing through the fuel pipe, a second sensor for detecting a flow rate of air flowing through the air pipe, a fuel bypass pipe provided in the fuel pipe for bypassing the first valve, a third valve provided in the fuel bypass pipe, and a control circuit supplied with output signals of the first and second sensors for controlling a valve opening ratio of the third valve, so that the air fuel ratio assumes a predetermined air fuel ratio.

摘要: A vortex shedding flowmeter comprises a flow passage through which a fluid flows, a bluff body arranged in the flow passage for generating Karman vortex of the fluid and provided with a pair of holes which open to respective side surfaces of the bluff body and extend toward and penetrate through one end of the bluff body for introducing a pressure change caused by the Karman vortex, a body which is an independent member from the bluff body, a pair of detecting parts provided in the body and comprising a pair of recesses provided on the body, a pair of fixed electrodes and a pair of movable electrodes provided in the recesses with a predetermined distance therebetween, a communicating hole provided in the body for communicating a pair of spaces formed between the fixed and movable electrodes, and a sealed fluid sealed in the spaces and the communicating hole, where the movable electrodes are displaced responsive to the pressure change in the fluid introduced from the bluff body and received by surfaces of the variable electrodes opposite to surfaces in contact with the sealed fluid and the fixed and movable electrodes constitute a pair of variable capacitors, and a detecting circuit for generating an electrical output responsive to changes in capacitances of the variable capacitors.

摘要: A turbine meter comprises an axle member supported by a support member within a conduit through which a fluid to be measured is passed and having a small-diameter axle part and an annular recess formed around the small-diameter axle part between a pair of opposed faces, a longitudinal flow passage formed in the axle member, a plurality of discharge holes formed in the axle member to connect communicatively the annular recess and the flow passage, a supply pipe inserted into the conduit through the wall thereof and functioning to supply a pressurized fluid from a pressurized fluid source disposed outside of the conduit to the flow passage in the axle member, a vane wheel comprising a hub disposed around the axle member and within the annular recess with minute gaps therebetween and adapted to rotate in a substantially non-contacting state relative to the small-diameter axle part and a plurality of vanes implantedly fixed at their root parts to the hub, the vane wheel being rotated by a portion of the fluid to be measured and flowing through the conduit, and a discharge passage one end thereof opening at least one of the pair of opposed faces so as to connect the annular recess and the other end thereof opening into the conduit at a position separated from the vanes of the vane wheel. The pressurized fluid passing from the discharge holes into the annular recess is discharged by way of the discharge passage into the conduit at a position separated from the vanes.

The turbine meter has an impeller including a cylindrical body and a plurality of vanes provided on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body, a tube in which the impeller is rotatably supported, guide members disposed at the upstream side and downstream side of the impeller and adapted for guiding flow of fluid passing through the impeller, and means for permitting the adjustment of the axial distance between two cone members from the outside of the turbine meter.

摘要: A turbine flowmeter includes an impeller rotatably provided within a flow passage through which a fluid to be measured flows and comprising a rotary shaft which rotates together with the impeller, a pair of bearing part having bearing surfaces for axially supporting the rotary shaft, a holding part for holding the bearing part and provided on the flow passage, an oil accumulating space defined by an end portion of the rotary shaft and bearing surfaces facing respective sides of the end portion, an oil accumulating part provided on the holding part and filled with the lubricating oil to be supplied to the oil accumulating space, an oil supplying part for supplying oil to the oil accumulating space which part comprises a capillary part connected on one end direct to the oil accumulating part and communicated on the other end to the space, wherein the lubricating oil is supplied to the space via the oil supplying part from the oil accumulating part by capillarity introduced in the oil accumulating part and the space, and wherein the surface tension of the lubricating oil in the space is equal to or larger than the surface tension of the lubricating oil in the oil accumulating part.

摘要: A turbine flowmeter comprises a rotor comprising a hub rotatably supported on a shaft at an axial position of a flowmeter housing and a plurality of blades embeddedly fixed to the outer peripheral surface of said hub, means for detecting the rotation of said rotor, and a couple of cone members disposed respectively on the up-stream side and the down-stream side in the flow direction of a fluid being measured to confront at least one surface of the hub of said rotor in coaxial alignment with said rotor. The diameter of at least one cone member of the couple of cone members, at the side to confront said rotor, is larger than outer diameter of the hub of said rotor, whereby a stagnant fluid region is formed between the enlarged diameter part of said cone member and the outer peripheral surface of said hub for holding in stagnant state a part of said fluid being measured.
