摘要： The invention provides a golf ball having a core and a cover of at least one layer that is formed over the core and is made of a resin composition. The ball has a weight change ratio, in a 72-hour accelerated moisture absorption test conducted at a temperature of 40° C. and a relative humidity of 90%, of less than 0.287%. By using in the golf ball a polyurethane having a good resistance to water vapor transmission, the weight change ratio and decrease in initial velocity with use over an extended period of time are held to a minimum, enabling the ball quality to be maintained.
