Abstract: An electronic device displays an interface of a first application that includes a first input box, and receives a first operation of selecting the first input box by a user. The electronic device displays, in response to the first operation, an interface of an input method application, where the interface of the input method application includes a first candidate content. The electronic device displays an interface including a second input box, and receives a second operation of selecting the second input box by the user. The electronic device displays, in response to the second operation, another interface including second candidate content, and the second candidate content is different from the first candidate content.
