Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a frontlight module and a display apparatus. The frontlight module is disposed on a side of a display panel. The frontlight module includes a light source, a light guide plate, and light guide dots. The light guide plate includes a first surface and a second surface that are disposed opposite to each other. The display panel is disposed facing the second surface. The light source is disposed on a side surface of the light guide plate. A plurality of light guide dots are disposed on the first surface or the second surface of the light guide plate. Each light guide dot has a light guide surface disposed at an angle with respect to a surface of the light guide plate. Light is fully reflected and/or refracted on the light guide surfaces to propagate to the display panel.

Abstract: A display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and an electrophoretic layer and a conductive adhesive layer that are located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a common electrode layer and a color light-filtering layer that are stacked. The second substrate includes a pixel electrode layer. The electrophoretic layer is disposed on a surface of the color light-filtering layer or the common electrode in the first substrate. The electrophoretic layer includes a conductive optical adhesive film and a plurality of electrophoretic units. The electrophoretic units are distributed in the conductive optical adhesive film. The conductive optical adhesive film is directly bonded to the color light-filtering layer or the common electrode. There is no other adhesive layer between the electrophoretic layer and the first substrate. The conductive adhesive layer is disposed between the electrophoretic layer and the second substrate.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an organic light-emitting display panel and a display apparatus. A functional layer disposed on a first substrate in the organic light-emitting display panel includes an emissive layer and an optical filter layer. A pixel define layer is disposed between adjacent organic light-emitting units in the emissive layer. Black light-shielding blocks and color-blocking blocks in the optical filter layer are alternately arranged. The color-blocking blocks and the organic light-emitting units are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence manner. A region between adjacent black light-shielding blocks covers the organic light-emitting unit in a thickness direction of the organic light-emitting display panel. The pixel define layer is a black light-absorbing layer. The black light-shielding blocks and the color-blocking blocks in the organic light-emitting display panel and the display apparatus provided in embodiments of this application, may cooperate to reduce transmission of visible light from an external environment to an internal film layer of the organic light-emitting display panel, and allow light emitted by the organic light-emitting unit to pass through. Therefore, a reflectivity of the organic light-emitting display panel to external ambient light is reduced, and luminance of the organic light-emitting display panel is not reduced.
