    Abstract: A folding apparatus includes a first housing, a first support plate, a middle housing, a first mounting bracket, a first transmission arm, and a first rotating arm. The first mounting bracket is fixed to the first housing, the first transmission arm is rotatably connected to the middle housing, a rotation center is a first axis, and the first transmission arm is slidably connected to the first mounting bracket and slidably connected to the first support plate. The first rotating arm is rotatably connected to the middle housing, a rotation center is a second axis, the first rotating arm is rotatably connected to the first mounting bracket, and the second axis and the first axis are not collinear. The first support plate is rotatably connected to the first mounting bracket, so that the first housing and the first support plate switch between a flattened state and a folded state.

    Abstract: A hinge mechanism includes two guide rod mechanisms that are respectively formed between a main shaft assembly in the hinge mechanism, a first support arm, a first guide rod arm, and a first connecting frame, and between the main shaft assembly in the hinge mechanism, a second support arm, a second guide rod arm, and a second connecting frame. A first support plate and a second support plate are respectively fastened to the first support arm and the second support arm. The first support arm and the first connecting frame are rotatably connected through a first arc-shaped sliding groove and a first arc-shaped arm that are in sliding fit. The second support arm and the second connecting frame are rotatably connected through a second arc-shaped sliding groove and a second arc-shaped arm that are in sliding fit.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a folding module and a foldable electronic device. A first protrusion and a first sliding slot are provided between a drive portion and a first connection member. A second protrusion and a second sliding slot are provided between the drive portion and a second connection member. A first drive spring and a second drive spring press against the drive portion. In a process in which the first support member folds or unfolds relative to the second support member, folding or unfolding can be implemented provided that the first support member and the second support member rotate by a relatively small angle, so that a speed of folding or unfolding of the first support member relative to the second support member is increased.

    Abstract: A hinge mechanism includes a base and two rotating components. Each rotating component includes a support arm, a swing arm, and a housing mounting bracket. The two support arms are respectively disposed on two sides of the base and are rotatably connected to the base. The two swing arms are respectively disposed on two sides of the base and are rotatably connected to the base. Each of the two housing mounting bracket is provided with two sliding grooves. For a support arm, a swing arm, and a housing mounting bracket that are located on a same side of the base, the support arm and the swing arm may separately slide in a sliding groove, and projections of sliding directions of the support arm and the swing arm are not parallel in a reference plane perpendicular to the rotation axes of the support arm and the swing arm.
