摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for handover in a cellular wireless communication system, the method comprising: monitoring a downlink SINR value SINRDL between a source cell for a mobile station and the mobile station; selecting a target cell based on one or more measurement reports from the mobile station, wherein the measurement reports include measurements on reference signals transmitted from one or more candidate target cells; initiating a handover preparation to the selected target cell for the mobile station based on the downlink SINR value SINRDL; and handing over the mobile station from the source cell to the selected target cell. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a method in a network control node, a network control node device, a computer program, and a computer program product thereof.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses example broadcast beam processing methods and apparatuses. One example method includes sending a first broadcast beam. A first measurement report is received from a first terminal after the first broadcast beam is sent, and a weak coverage area of the first broadcast beam is determined based on the first measurement report. A second broadcast beam is then sent, where the second broadcast beam is used to cover the weak coverage area of the first broadcast beam.

摘要: A resource scheduling method and a related device configure a scheduled resource for a terminal device based on a dynamic analog beam determined by a network device, thereby increasing a throughput of the terminal device. The network device determines, based on information about an SRS of each first terminal device, a set of second terminal devices from a set of first terminal devices and static analog beam information of each second terminal device in the set of second terminal devices. Then, the network device determines beam domain channel information based on the static analog beam information. As such, the network device determines dynamic analog beam information of each second terminal device based on the static analog beam information and the beam domain channel information.

摘要: A measurement method, a terminal device, and a network device are described. The measurement operation includes sending a channel state information-reference signal CSI-RS measurement beam to a terminal device. The CSI-RS measurement beam is obtained by the network device by weighting a CSI-RS by using a beamforming weight, and the beamforming weight is used to perform beamforming on the CSI-RS. The measurement operation further includes receiving a rank indicator and a channel quality indicator that are determined based on the CSI-RS measurement beam. The measurement operation further includes weighting and transmitting a downlink channel based on the rank indicator and the channel quality indicator. The CSI-RS is weighted and transmitted by using the beamforming weight, to help improve accuracy of rank measurement, thereby improving a user throughput.
