Abstract: This application provides a service data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. A network device sends a first indication message to a terminal device, where the first indication message indicates a second air interface parameter configuration, and the first indication message is sent by using an air interface resource with a first air interface parameter configuration. The network device performs service data transmission with the terminal device by using an air interface resource with the second air interface parameter configuration.
