Abstract: A service processing method includes receiving a first identifier or a second identifier, where the first identifier indicates a first device, and the second identifier indicates a first service application; determining a first topology network based on the first identifier and an association relationship, or determining a second topology network based on the second identifier and an association relationship, where the association relationship is a relationship between at least one device and at least one service application, the first topology network reflects a topology relationship between the first device and the at least one service application, and the second topology network reflects a topology relationship between the first service application and the at least one device; and presenting the first topology network or the second topology network.
