Abstract: The present disclosure refers to base stations, user equipments and a system for wireless communication, as well as the corresponding wireless communication methods implementing mechanisms enabling fast, reliable and resource efficient retransmissions between a base station and one or a plurality of user equipments. The present disclosure is specifically directed to an uplink unicast case and a downlink multicast case and cooperates a proactive allocation of resources for a retransmission of the initial data in case that the initial data transmission fails, and a new data transmission if the initial data transmission successes.
