Abstract: A clock determining method includes: when both a second network device and a first network device are synchronous with a reference clock, simulating, by using delay information between the second network device and the first network device and clock frequency information of the second network device, a second virtual clock synchronized with a first virtual clock, where the first virtual clock is used to simulate a clock of the first network device. A clock of the second network device can thus be simulated to perform a subsequent operation by using the simulated clock. For example, the simulated clock may be used to estimate precision time protocol (PTP) message synchronization performance of the second network device. Therefore, the PTP message synchronization performance of the second network device may be pre-determined before a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) fails, to guide network operation and maintenance activities.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, a base station and a user equipment. The communication method includes: sending, by a base station, a random access response message to a user equipment UE, where the random access response message includes a timing advance command, and a value TA of the timing advance command is NTA/(N*Ts), where, the NTA indicates the amount of the time alignment the UE, the N*Ts indicates a unit granularity for the UE to perform time alignment, the N is greater than 16, and the Ts indicates the smallest time unit. In the present disclosure, the unit granularity for the UE to perform time alignment may be enlarged, so that the UE can use a larger amount of the time alignment when performing the time alignment, thereby supporting the coverage of a cell with a long distance.

Abstract: A directory processing method and apparatus are provided to resolve a problem that a directory occupies a relatively large quantity of caches in an existing directory processing solution.
