Abstract: The technology of this application relates to a method for transmitting uplink control information. The method includes a network device sending first signaling in a first cell to a terminal device. The terminal device may send uplink control information in a second cell based on the first signaling. The uplink control information may be uplink control information corresponding to the first cell and/or uplink control information corresponding to a third cell. The third cell is a cell other than the first cell and the second cell. According to the method provided in this application, a cell for sending the uplink control information may be dynamically configured for the terminal device, and can improve communication efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a resource configuration method and apparatus, so as to improve resource utilization during D2D communication. A first terminal device receives scheduling information that is sent by a network device and that is used to indicate an uplink time-frequency resource used for the first terminal device, and the first terminal device can multiplex the uplink time-frequency resource to send a sidelink signal to a second terminal device when an interference value to the network device during sending of the sidelink signal meets a first rule. Therefore, the uplink time-frequency resource of the first terminal device is multiplexed while interference is considered during sidelink transmission, thereby improving resource utilization.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a transmission method and an apparatus thereof. The method includes the following operations: performing, by a terminal device, idle state sensing on one or more candidate transmission frequency domain resources, where the one or more candidate transmission frequency domain resources are configured for PUCCH information transmission; determining, by the terminal device based on a sensing result of the one or more candidate transmission frequency domain resources, a transmission frequency domain resource from the one or more candidate transmission frequency domain resources for PUCCH information transmission; and transmitting, by the terminal device, the PUCCH information by using the determined transmission frequency domain resource. By using the embodiments of this application, uplink transmission can be implemented by using an unlicensed frequency spectrum, and transmission efficiency can be improved.

Abstract: This application provides a method for transmitting an SS/PBCH block and an apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives one SS/PBCH block in an SS/PBCH block burst set, and then obtains indication information based on the one SS/PBCH block. The indication information may be used to indicate candidate indexes of at least one SS/PBCH block in the SS/PBCH block burst set, and a quantity of the candidate indexes is greater than 64. For example, the quantity of candidate indexes may be 128, 160, 180, 196, 240, or the like. A network device may not be limited to 64 candidate indexes. In other words, a quantity of candidate positions used to send the SS/PBCH block is not limited to 64. Therefore, the network device may send a larger quantity of SS/PBCH blocks to the terminal device.

Abstract: This application discloses a directional measurement method and a device. In this solution, a terminal device may determine a to-be-measured receive beam, and perform RSSI measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam. According to the method, the terminal device may perform RSSI measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam in a targeted manner, and does not need to perform RSSI measurement in all directions. Therefore, in the method, directional RSSI measurement of the terminal device can be implemented, time and power that are consumed by the terminal device to perform RSSI measurement can be reduced, and RSSI measurement efficiency of the terminal device can be improved.

Abstract: A random access method is described that includes a network device determines a first channel access type used by a terminal device to access a first unlicensed frequency band, where the first channel access type is one of channel access types of an unlicensed frequency band, and there are two channel access types of the unlicensed frequency band: frame based equipment (FBE) and load based equipment (LBE). The network device sends a first system message to the terminal device, where the first system message carries first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate the first channel access type. Abstract: This application provides a method for configuring a sidelink resource and a communication apparatus. A transmit end user may indicate, by using SCI based on a preempted COT, that last several symbols in a slot are blank symbols, and a receive end may perform LBT in the COT based on a reserved blank, to implement COT sharing. In addition, after the COT is preempted, the transmit end user may flexibly configure periodicity information of a PSFCH resource, and send the periodicity information of the PSFCH resource to a receive end user. With reference to frame structure information, a position of a PSFCH slot in a slot in a corresponding direction can be calculated by users of the transmit end and the receive end by using a modulo operation, to feed back HARQ information in a corresponding slot in which the PSFCH exists.
