摘要: Embodiments of this application provide an envelope tracking modulator, comprising: a linear amplification circuit, a coupling capacitor, a buck circuit, a circuit sensor, and an offset current generation circuit. An output end of the linear amplification circuit is coupled to a first end of the coupling capacitor, and a second end of the coupling capacitor is coupled to a power supply node. The offset current generation circuit is coupled to the first end and the second end of the coupling capacitor, and the offset current generation circuit is further coupled to a control end of the buck circuit. An input end of the circuit sensor is coupled to a line between the output end of the linear amplification circuit and the first end of the coupling capacitor, and an output end of the circuit sensor is coupled to the control end of the buck circuit.

摘要: A power amplifier power supply circuit includes a first power supply circuit and a second power supply circuit that are connected in parallel, where the first power supply circuit and the second power supply circuit jointly supply power to a power amplifier by using a power supply end of the power amplifier. The second power supply circuit is configured to adjust a power supply voltage of the power amplifier at a symbol level. Power supply voltages output by the second power supply circuit and the first power supply circuit change based on a change of an envelope signal output by the power amplifier.

摘要: In accordance with an embodiment, a power supply circuit configured to be coupled to a power amplifier that includes a driving-stage power amplifier and an output-stage power amplifier. The power amplifier is configured to amplify a power of a radio frequency signal, the driving-stage power amplifier is configured to receive the radio frequency signal, and the output-stage power amplifier is configured to receive a radio frequency signal amplified by the driving-stage power amplifier. The power supply circuit includes: a charge pump configured to supply power to the driving-stage power amplifier; and an envelope tracker configured to supply power to the output-stage power amplifier, wherein the charge pump and the envelope tracker are configured to supply power to the power amplifier.
