Abstract: A full-vision navigation and positioning method, an intelligent terminal and a storage device, the method comprises: an intelligent terminal starting three-dimensional (3D) full-vision navigation and testing network speed by means of the background of the intelligent terminal; when the intelligent terminal detects that a current network speed m is greater than or equal to a threshold x, starting a camera to collect image information of a current streetscape and up loading the image information; and after the collected image information is compared to a 3D panoramic map, feeding back a real-time position, and continuing to carry out navigation using a 3D navigation system according to the position.
