摘要: A fold and dive seat for a vehicle that achieves a fatigue reduction posture is provided. The seat includes a tip up-extension mechanism that enables tipping-up and extension of the front end of a seat cushion and a seatback reclining mechanism for the fold and dive seat so that tipping-up for lifting the front end of the seat cushion and extension for extending the front end forward are performed simultaneously performed when the seatback reclining is performed.

摘要: In a seat reclining device, a seatback frame forming a skeleton of a seatback is coupled to a seat cushion frame to be rotatable about a shaft with respect to the seat cushion frame. One end portion of a first sliding bracket is rotatably coupled to a middle portion of the seatback frame by a driving unit. The other end portion of the first sliding bracket extends toward a vehicle body located behind the seatback. A second sliding bracket is mounted on the vehicle body located behind the seatback and extends toward the first sliding bracket in a front and rear longitudinal direction to be connected to the first sliding bracket. The second sliding bracket is configured to guide a sliding movement of the first sliding bracket while the first sliding bracket is being rotated.

摘要: A seatback frame for a vehicle is capable of preventing a passenger seated on a seat from being injured by a sharp edge of a side frame in the event of a collision of the vehicle. The seatback frame includes side frames installed to extend longitudinally in a vertical direction at opposite sides of the seatback frame, respectively, an upper frame joined to the side frames, and a lower frame joined to the side frames. Protrusions are formed at a surface of the upper frame while being spaced apart, by a predetermined distance, from edges present at edge portions of the side frames, respectively, to prevent the passenger from being injured by the edges.

The seatback frame for vehicles has a simple structure without bracket structures used to install a conventional seatback frame and thus achieves cost reduction and weight reduction.
