摘要： The present invention relates to bonding resins having excellent adhesion to polar polymers, particularly ionomers, acid copolymers and ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer. These resins preferably contain: 1) an ethylene polymer or copolymer (ungrafted, grafted or partially grafted); 2) a grafted elastomer; and 3) optionally, an ethylene alpha olefin copolymer which is wholly or partially grafted. Preferred grafting comonomers include maleic anhydride and derivatives thereof.
