Abstract: A primary game having a plurality of outcomes is provided to a first player of a first gaming device. In response to one of the plurality of outcomes, a first game asset for a secondary game is provided to the first player. The secondary game includes a contest between the first player having the first game asset and a second player having a second game asset, and an outcome of the contest of the secondary game is based at least in part on comparing a first asset value of the first game asset and a second asset value of the second game asset. In some examples, the secondary game may be a fantasy sports game, a deck building card game, or a scavenger hunt game, in which some or all of the assets are obtained via the primary game(s).
