Abstract: A control method for a touch display device including a display panel is provided. The display panel includes multiple first gate lines and multiple second gate lines respectively corresponding to a first field and a second field of a frame, and multiple sensing electrodes for touch sensing. Within one single frame period, the control method includes: scanning the first gate lines to update the first field; controlling the sensing electrodes to perform touch sensing and providing a first touch report; scanning the second gates lines to update the second field; and controlling the sensing electrodes to perform touch sensing and providing a second touch report. At least one of the first gates lines is located between two of the second gate lines, and at least one of the second gate lines is located between two of the first gate lines.

Abstract: A double-layer mutual capacitive touch panel includes a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer includes multiple electrodes arranged in an array. In each column of the array, the electrodes at the ((N*M)−1)th row are mutually electrically connected to form a first electrodes series, and the electrodes at the (N*M)th row are mutually electrically connected to form a second electrode series, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2 and M is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. The second conductive layer includes M mutually insulated electrode strip groups sequentially arranged along a column direction of the array. Each electrode strip group includes N electrode strips mutually electrically connected, and each electrode strip of each electrode strip group extends along a row direction of the array and overlaps the electrodes of the corresponding row.

Abstract: A touch control and display control module of a touch screen includes (n×y) rows of sensing units disposed on a substrate. The touch control and display control module includes: a control circuit, controlling the touch screen to operate in one of a frame update mode and a touch sensing mode; and n first control lines, y second control lines and n control signal output circuits disposed on the substrate. Each control signal output circuit is coupled to one of the n first control line, and includes y control signal buffer units. Each control signal buffer units is coupled to one of the y second control lines and sensing units of one row to output a voltage signal to the sensing units of that row, to cause the sensing units of that row to operate in one of the frame update mode and the touch sensing mode.
