Abstract: A door lock assembly includes a door lock slider, a slider gear and a bias device. The door lock slider reciprocates in a first linear direction and a second linear direction along the length of the door lock slider. The door lock slider includes a slider body provided with a slider groove in a length direction of the door lock slider body. The slider groove is provided with a slider rack. The slider gear is mounted in the slider groove and rotates about a rotating shaft. The slider gear engages with the door lock slider rack. When the slider gear rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, the door lock slider reciprocates in the first linear direction or the second linear direction. The bias device is configured to drive the slider gear which drives the door lock slider in the second linear direction.

Abstract: A door lock assembly, including a cam, a slider and a pin assembly. The cam can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise about a camshaft, and the slider fits and engages with the cam, so when the cam rotates, the slider reciprocates in the length direction of the slider with the rotation. The slider is provided with a movement guide groove which defines a conventional movement path including a first and second segment of the conventional movement path. An end of the pin assembly can move relative to the slider in the conventional movement path with the reciprocation of the slider. The movement guide groove further defines an alternative movement path, and the end of the pin assembly can move relative to the slider in the first segment of the conventional movement path and the alternative movement path defined by the movement guide groove with the reciprocation of the slider, but does not move in the second segment of the conventional movement path.

Abstract: A driving device for driving a door lock assembly, the door lock assembly being configured to actuate a door of an electrical equipment and comprising a door lock slider. The driving device includes a driving gear and a driving rack, wherein a gear teeth driving portion and a toothless portion are disposed on a periphery of the driving gear, and the driving gear is rotatable unidirectionally. The driving rack can reciprocate in a first and a second linear direction and drive the door lock slider to move in the first linear direction. The driving rack engages with the gear teeth driving portion when driving the door lock slider to move in the first linear direction. A movement route of the driving rack corresponds to the toothless portion when the door lock slider moves in the second linear direction to reduce resistance. The door lock box is connected to the driving device by a pulling rope.

Abstract: A door lock and an electrical appliance using the door lock. The door lock comprises: a switch housing; a pen core-like mechanism disposed in the switch housing; a control needle (state means) passing out of the pen core-like mechanism; and a manual unlocking pull rod mechanism. The manual unlocking pull rod mechanism is capable of moving towards the control needle and coming into contact therewith. The position of the control needle (state means) indicates the switch state of the door lock, such that when the door lock is in an unlocked position, further pulling of the manual unlocking pull rod mechanism has no effect on the door lock switch mechanism.
