Abstract: A freestanding system for applying traction to a patient independent of a table or bed includes a base including a body and a stabilizer arm moveably coupled to the body, wherein the stabilizer arm has a first end pivotally coupled to the body and a second end distal the body, and wherein the stabilizer arm is configured to pivot about the corresponding first end, and a pad coupled to the second end of the stabilizer arm, wherein the pad includes a suction device configured to releasably secure the second end of the corresponding stabilizer arm to the ground, wherein the pads are configured to maintain the position of the system in response to the application of traction to the patient.

Abstract: A telescopic assembly for supporting a patient's femur includes an elongate tubular base configured to be fixably attached to a table. The tubular base has a longitudinal axis. The telescopic assembly also includes an elongate extension member slidably disposed in the tubular base and configured to telescopically extend longitudinally from the tubular base. Further, the telescopic assembly includes a femur support member coupled to an end of the extension member and configured to be positioned below and support the femur of the patient. The femur support member is configured to move longitudinally with the extension member relative to the tubular base.

Abstract: A system for supporting and manipulating a leg of a patient, the system including a base configured to be releasably secured to the ground, a first elongate guide rail coupled to the base, wherein the first elongate guide rail has a longitudinal axis, a boot moveably coupled to the first elongate guide rail, wherein the boot is configured to receive and retain at least a portion of a foot of the patient, a drape hanger assembly coupled to the base and configured to support a drape, wherein the drape hanger assembly includes a pair of drape hangers oriented parallel to the longitudinal axis of the first elongate guide rail, wherein the pair of drape hangers are disposed on opposite sides of the first elongate guide rail in top view, and a drape attached to each drape hanger and positioned between the boot and the first elongate guide rail.
