Abstract: A pass-band comb filter utilizes a series of strips and varactors in combination to form parallel resonant circuits at a particular frequency. The pass-band midfrequency can be varied in response to the bias voltage applied to the varactors. Additional capacitors and input and output strips are used to compensate for the insertion attenuation and for matching source and load impedance.
